What is your return policy?
At BY B&M, you have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.
During the first 14 days, you can return any item in perfect condition and receive a full refund. From day 15 to 30, you can make an exchange or receive a store credit, but no cash refunds are issued.
Items must be new, unused, free of stains or odors, with all tags, and, where applicable, in their original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a return or adjust the refund amount if the item arrives with signs of use.
Returns are free in mainland Spain. Simply email us at info@bmarieshop.es with your order number and the items you wish to return, and we will provide you with instructions.
We do not accept returns for intimate apparel, bodysuits, swimwear without hygiene seals, opened beauty products, specific accessories, sale items, or gift cards.
What is the shipping time and which agency do you use?
We prepare orders from Monday to Saturday: orders placed before 6:00 PM are processed the same day, and those placed after 6:00 PM or on Sunday are processed the next business day.
The estimated delivery time is 48–72 business hours in mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands. For the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla, the delivery time is 4–7 business days.
We work with Correos and, when your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
How much is shipping? Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to Spain only. Rates are:
- Peninsular Spain: €2.90 (free shipping on orders over €40, applied automatically at checkout).
- Balearic Islands: €7.99.
- Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: €9.99 (the customer is responsible for any customs fees).
During peak seasons (sales, promotions, Christmas), delivery times may be slightly longer.
Can I change or cancel my order after I've placed it?
Yes, you can request to modify or cancel your order if it has not yet been prepared or shipped.
Since we prepare orders quickly, we recommend writing to us as soon as possible at info@bmarieshop.es indicating your order number and the change you need.
How can I request a size or product exchange?
To request an exchange, contact us at info@bmarieshop.es indicating your order number, the item, and the size or product you wish to exchange it for.
You have 30 days from receipt to manage this, provided the garment is in perfect condition, unused, and with tags.
In peninsular Spain, returns are free, and we will process the exchange or, according to our return policy, a voucher or refund within the corresponding deadlines.
What do I do if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
If you receive a defective item or an item that does not match your order, please email us at info@bmarieshop.es within 48 hours of delivery, indicating your order number and attaching photos of the product.
We will review the case and arrange for a replacement, exchange, or suitable solution, and in these cases, the shipping costs derived from the incident will be borne by us.
